Sour Cream Mini Biscuits image

These bite size biscuits are perfect plain or with some sausage and gravy over the top.

1 c butter, softened
1 c sour cream
2 c self-rising flour

Steps:

  • 1. Blend butter and sour cream together until fluffy; gradually mix in flour. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into greased mini muffin pan; bake at 450F for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen
