Sour Cream & Horseradish Sauce image

A great little dipping sauce for grilled steak, ham or even potato puffs. Works with anything--really. Hope you enjoy it!

1 cup sour cream
1 -2 tablespoon horseradish (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon creole seasoning

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together, chill for 30 minutes so flavors blend.
  • Great with grilled steak, ham or even potato puffs.
