1 head shredded green cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1 1/2 cups mayonaise
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 bundle of minced cilantro

Steps:

  • combine vegetables. Make dressing with rest of ingredients and pour over vegetables.
