i lov my soups an make many different kinds....this one i came up with while eatin a pb&j sandwich.....

Steps:
- night before: into qt zippers bag add: cubed chicken,1/2 soy sauce,cider,onion powder,celery leaves put in fridge overnight turnin several times to marinate evenly
- drain chicken discard sauce fry chicken in small amount of oil once no longer pink remove from pan add apples cook til fork tender remove from pan add with chicken
- now add into pan soy sauce and peanut butter whisk well cook on low heat add heavy cream keep slowly stirrin til all is hot add apples and chicken into soup add a sprinkle of nutmeg to top of soup and serve
