Snow Grapes image

Can make with or without the Bailey's--delicious either way. (If using Bailey's, can purchase "airplane" bottles or nips from liquor department.)Everyone loves this!

8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c bailey's irish cream (optional)
3 lb seedless grapes, any color, or mixed colors

Steps:

  • 1. Rinse grapes. Dry thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, sour cream, and Bailey's with an electric mixer until smooth. Add grapes; stir until coated with the mixture. Chill before serving.
