SNICKERS COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margerine or butter
1/2 cup peanut butter (not chunky)
2 tbs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag Snickers miniatures
1 big Hershey candy bar
Powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Mix first six ingredients, then baking soda and salt, then add flour; add egg last. Cool dough in refrigerator for 1 hour. Make 1" ball; push Snicker in the middle of ball. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Melt chocolate bar, put in a plastic bag and cut small hole in corner of bag and drizzle chocolate on top of cookies after they are cool. Dust powdered sugar on top of cookies.
