Snickerdoodle protein balls image

I'm looking for snacks that can replace cookies/candy and have no gluten and a low glycemic index sweetener

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 scoop(s) juice plus vanilla protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon1
1 c rolled oats, ground
1/4 c maple syrup
2 Tbsp creamy almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. combine protein powder, cinnamon, ground oats. add maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract. add water until you can roll in your hands; form into balls. roll into cinnamon sugar. store in air-tight container in fridge.
  • 2. snickerdoodle sugar 2 TBS coconut sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon
