2 slice dark rye bread, toasted (danish rye specified but russian rye or similar will work, or marbled rye)
1 oz butter, soft enough to spread
2 eggs (your choice-hardboiled, soft boiled, fried)
1 small ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
4 small radishes, thinly sliced
salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. After toasting the bread, spread butter evenly on each slice.
  • 2. Top each slice of bread with an egg, avocado slices, and radishes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
