Smoky Bacon Wraps image

Thought these might be good on at a cocktail party.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb sliced bacon
1 pkg (16 oz) miniature smoked sausage links
1 c packed brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Cut each bacon strip in half widthwise. Wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage.
  • 2. Place in a foil-lined 15 inch x 10 inch x 1 inch baking pan.
  • 3. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • 4. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sausage is heated through.
  • 5. Yield: about 3 1/2 dozen.
