SMOKEY CUBAN BLACK BEAN SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 Jar Cookwell & Co Tomato Basil Soup from HEB
2 Can black beans, not drained
1 small jar roasted red bell peppers, diced
4-6 slices bacon, cooked, cooled, broken into pieces
2 T roasted garlic
optional:
Sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Roast Garlic first, let cool Cook bacon, remove to paper towels, cool and break into pieces All all ingredients in a large stock pot, mashing some black beans to thicken, simmer for 20 min to combine Serve with sour cream, cheese and cilantro
