Smoked Salmon spread image

I like to smoke my own salmon.I think you can use caned salmon if you drain it well.and then I would use liquid smoke,But not to much a little goes a long way.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound(s) salmon, smoked
1 pound(s) cream cheese
2 tablespoon(s) sour cream
1 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1 small onion minced
2 medium celery ribs finely diced
2 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning

Steps:

  • IN A MIXER CREAM THE CREAM CHEESE AND THEN ADD EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE SMOKED SALMON.
  • NOW ADD THE SALMON AND MIX ON LOW SPEED.
  • CHILL AND SERVE.
