Steps:
- Cut potatoes in half. Add 2 tsp salt to 5-6 quarts of water and boil potatoes until tender (about 20 minutes). In small saucepan, heat heavy cream, butter, sour cream, until smooth and heated through. Drain potatoes and mash, leaving skin on. Blend in cream mixture until smooth. Add remaining salt and papper.
