The Simplest yet the Best Ramen noodle recipe ever!

Number Of Ingredients 6

8-10 pkg top ramen, crushed. flavor of your choice. (i like chicken with this dish)
1 pkg bacon, fried crisp
10-12 eggs, scrambled
1 bunch green onion, chopped small
1-2 Tbsp soy sauce
dash(es) sriracha sauce goes well ontop if you like a bit of heat!

Steps:

  • 1. Fry entire package of bacon until crisp. Chop into small pieces. Set aside. Chop up green onion into small pieces. Set aside
  • 2. Mix eggs and a splash of milk. Scramble. Set aside.
  • 3. While large pan of water is coming to a boil, crunch up ramen noodles in their packages, remove seasoning and cook the noodles 3-5 minutes until done but not mushy.
  • 4. pour noodles into a strainer in the sink, leaving about 1/4 cup of water in the pan for mixing. Dump noodles back into pan and mix in seasoning until mixed well. Add scrambled eggs, bacon and green onion mix, splash with soy sauce.
  • 5. MIX TOGETHER & ENJOY! PLENTY MORE FOR THE NEXT DAY'S LUNCH!! :)
