Slow Cooker Smothered Steaks image

Steaks cooked in this way come out so tender and juicy that you can use even the toughest cuts and they would still come out as tender.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 c beef broth
2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
4-6 lean beef steaks
2 tsp starch

Steps:

  • 1. In your slow cooker stir the soup into the broth then add all the other ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6. 5 min. before serving dissolve the starch in 1/4 cup water and stir into slow cooker.
