1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
4 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms
3 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed

Steps:

  • Place chicken, vegetables, ginger and garlic in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix broth, dressing and soy sauce until blended; pour into slow cooker. Stir. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 5 to 5-1/2 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours).
  • Sprinkle with sesame seed.
