1-1/2 cups dry red beans, uncooked
3/4 cup each chopped celery, green peppers and onions
6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, cut diagonally in half
1 qt. (4 cups) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except rice in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 7 hours) or until beans are tender, stirring in rice for the last 30 min.
