Slow-Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken image

this is very tasty, and the sauce makes an amazing gravy for mashed potatoes

Number Of Ingredients 6

2-3 lb cut-up chicken, with bones
1 bottle lemon pepper marinade
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
dash(es) salt and pepper
dash(es) lemon pepper
1 box instant mashed potatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Place chicken in slow cooker and season
  • 2. Pour the marinade and 1/2 the bottle of water, plus can of soup and a whole can of water over the chicken.
  • 3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (if the chicken was defrosted) or Low for 8 hours if the chicken was frozen
  • 4. when the chicken is done, remove and use the leftover liquid to make gravy. serve over potatoes
