Slow Cooker Italian Beef image

1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
6 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1 large onion, sliced
8 (3-inch hinged) submarine or French bread rolls, partially split
1-1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak

Steps:

  • Mix broth, tomato paste and dressing mixes; pour over meat in slow cooker. Top with onions; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours).
  • Remove meat from slow cooker; shred with fork. Return meat to slow cooker; stir gently to coat with sauce. Serve meat in rolls.
