I love the flavor of this pork. It is my favorite way to eat pork shoulder. So tender, so garlicy, so sweet and tangy. Just the best.

Steps:
- Place all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours until pork falls apart. Remove the pork and shred it then place back into the juices.
- Serve over rice.
