Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
6 pieces Chicken Thighs
1 dash Kosher Salt
1 dash Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Honey
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 ounce Ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons Sriracha
1 Lime, juice
4 cups Rice, cooked
4 tablespoons Cilantro for Garnish

Steps:

  • In a cast-iron killet over medium high heat, heat oil. Sesaon chicken thighs with salt and pepper and sear until golden, 3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken thighs to slow cooker
  • Whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic ginger, sriracha, and lime juice. Pour sauce over chicken and toss to combine.
