Steps:
- Spray the inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add the tomato sauce, water, squash and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
- Pinch the sausage into bite-size pieces and place in slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 7 1/2 hours, or 3 1/2 hours on high.
- Stir in pasta and spinach; cover and cook on high 30 minutes more or until pasta is tender.
