1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/2 lb. Mexican chorizo, crumbled
1 carton (32 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (15.5 oz.) white hominy, rinsed
2 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O'Brien
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1-1/4 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2/3 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef and chorizo in large skillet; drain. Add to slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 hours).
  • Top with cheese and sour cream before serving.
