Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff image

This was wonderful! I expected a thumbs down and mostly left overs... we scraped the bottom of the crock pot! VERY EASY! FYI - I couldn't find the herb and garlic cream cheese, so I used -Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic Seasoning- and a 1/2cup of regular cream cheese

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound(s) stew beef
1 cup(s) chopped onions
1 cup(s) chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup(s) beef broth
1/2 cup(s) herb and garlic cream cheese
1 tablespoon(s) flour
8 ounce(s) fettuccine pasta, cooked/drained

Steps:

  • Mix meat, onions and mushrooms in slow cooke
  • Add broth; stir.
  • Cover. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours (or on High for 3 to 4 hours).
  • Combine cream cheese spread and flour. Add to meat mixture just before serving; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Add meat mixture to hot pasta; toss to coat.
