Slow cooker Asian Shredded Beef image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 pounds beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut in 2 pieces
12 ounces thin rice noodles, cooked
6 medium radishes, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Stir together the broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and red pepper in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. add the beef and cook on low about 8 hours or until tender
  • Skim off fat. Remove beef and shred it. Return to cooker
