Steps:
- Turn on crockpot and spray with cooking spray. Add salt and pepper to your ribs then broil for 5-6 minutes flipping it over and broiling for 5-6 more minutes, then place the ribs in your slow cooker.
- In a small bowl mix together all the other ingredients then pour that and spread it over your ribs. Cover your crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or leave on LOW for 8 hours.
