Steps:
- Dice the chicken and cook in a pan until browned.
- Finely chop the brocoli and the pepper. You may also wish to dice the pepper.
- Add the vegetables, chicken and curry sauce into a slow cooker. Leave to simmer for 10 hours for the best results. Stir roughly every 15-30 minutes. It would be advisable to prepare this early in the morning if you wish to serve this in the evening.
- Prepare the sides of the curry. Boil the rice and cook the naans.
- Dish up, serve, and enjoy!
