4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 c honey
1/4 c spicy brown mustard
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c teriyaki sauce
1/2 c mandarin orange juice
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp paprika, sweet mild
2 clove garlic
2 tsp rosemary, dried
2 Tbsp butter
8 hoagie rolls

Steps:

  • 1. Rinse and pat dry all chicken. Chop chicken into 2 inch pieces. Salt and pepper chicken pieces and set aside.
  • 2. Mince garlic cloves, set aside. Drain ½ cup juice from canned Mandarin Orange segments in natural juices. Reserve orange segments for later use.
  • 3. In crock pot turned on low heat add all ingredients except chicken . Whisk until butter is melted and all ingredients are incorporated.
  • 4. Add chicken to sauce mixture. Stir to coat chicken pieces.
  • 5. Cook on low 6 hours or high 4 hours.
  • 6. Makes 8 sloppy chicken hoagies.
