Steps:
- 1. Cut in 3 cups Flour, Shortening and Salt as for pie crust. 2. Add Water. Roll out to fit jelly roll pan. 3. Slit top crust as for apple pie. 4. To Apples, add Sugar, remaining Flour and Cinnamon & Nutmeg to taste. Dot with Butter. 5. Bake at 450-degrees for 30-35 minutes. 6. Glaze while hot with mixture of Powdered Sugar and Hot Water.
