Skinny Fruit Juice Martini's image

Made with fresh fruit juice these Martini's are delicious AND they are lower in calories. Natural and light, made w/ fresh grapefruit, pomegranate, or fresh clementine juice, liqueur, and a splash of club soda. So, go on, try all the flavors; drink up! This idea comes from Betty Crocker.

2 tablespoon(s) gin or citrus vodka
1 tablespoon(s) clear orange liqueur
3 tablespoon(s) pomegranate juice or fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice or fresh squeezed clementine juice
1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
2 tablespoon(s) club soda
- ice

Steps:

  • In cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin or vodka, liqueur, and juice of choice plus lime juice. Shake until well mixed. Strain into martini glass, top off with club soda.
  • Garnish as desired with clementine slice, grapefruit peel twist, or lime slice.
