Simple Syrup image

Yield Makes 3/4 cup (6.4 oz / 180 g)

Number Of Ingredients 2

1/2 cup (4.3 oz / 120 g) water
1/2 cup (3.5 oz / 100 g) sugar

Steps:

  • Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let cool before using.
