Simple Sunflower Seed Granola image

Mighty little sunflower seeds have been shown to reduce the risk of developing asthma, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, colon cancer, diabetes and heart disease. I found this recipe on the Clean Eating website.....SOOOO GOOOD!

Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 cup(s) sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cup(s) oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 cup(s) ground flaxseed
1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
1/2 cup(s) almonds, slivered
1/2 cup(s) shredded coconut, unsweetened
3 tablespoon(s) natural peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon(s) fine sea salt
1/3 cup(s) raw honey
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300
  • Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix until evenly blended.
  • Press mixture into a baking pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy!!
