Simple Collard Greens image

This is something simple I came up with one day when I had a craving for leafy green veggies :) Really quick to make!

1 (14 ounce) can collard greens
3 large garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup butter (salted)

Steps:

  • Melt butter then sauté minced garlic.
  • Drain collard greens, add to butter/garlic mix.
  • Stir for about 5 minutes, then serve. (I like to pour the sauté over the greens.
