If you like, you can add some parsley to your fillets. Just add when you sprinkle them with the lemon pepper.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Dredge fillets in flour to coat.
- 3. Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper.
- 4. Place in oil in skillet and and cook for 3 minutes.
- 5. Turn fillets over and cook an additional 4 minutes or until fish is done.
- 6. If desired, you can sprinkle more lemon pepper on fillets when you turn them.
