Steps:
- A food saver is the best for this, but a ziploc bag will work just fine as well. Seal the chicken breasts and liquid aminos in a bag for a while. Grill the chicken breasts. That's it. I like to leave them marinating for at least two days at room temperature myself, but a lot of people are scared of warm things so feel free and refrigerate if it helps you to sleep. You can also freeze them in the bag and take them out for an easy dinner later in life. This works extremely well if you buy in bulk. That way, when you portion your purchase into the Food Saver bags, you're essentially prepping a bunch of meals well ahead of time.
