Pulled this together, just for a different rice dish. It definitely has a kick to it, but not overly so. The Sriracha and hot sauce give it some heat, and the lemon pepper spice add a bit of tang. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- PREP/PREPARE
- You will need a medium saucepan with a lid to make this recipe
- To make this a meal in a bowl, add some ground beef, pork, or chicken; even fish works great. In my photo I added some ground beef... Yummy.
- Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- Add the butter to a saucepan over medium heat, allow to melt, then add the rice, and stir until translucent, about 3 - 4 minutes. Add the hot chicken stock, and the remainder of the ingredients, and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and allow to simmer until all the liquid has been absorbed, about 18 - 20 minutes.
- PLATE/PRESENT
- Stir in some ground beef, pork, chicken, or shredded fish and serve as a meal in a bowl. Or leave as is and serve as a side. Enjoy.
- Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
