One of those many recipes that I don't know where it came from or how I got it. More so for this recipe because I didn't write the directions, only the ingredients. I've made this a few times so it should be okay. By the way these are wonderful! Somethin' different from burgers!

Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients. Mix till well incorporated.
- 2. Shape into little burgers, slightly bigger than the size of a dinner roll.
- 3. FOR THE HOISIN SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
- 4. Cook them on a grill, get the grill marks on both side.
- 5. Prepare and dress up your sliders. Don't forget your hoisin sauce.
