Steps:
- Saute bacon till crisp, cool , and chop, set aside
- Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat
- Saute sliced mushrooms in bacon fat, set aside
- Discard bacon fat
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (med heat) in saute pan or wok, add sliced garlic
- Cook garlic until light brown, discard garlic
- Reheat oil to med high, add shrimp and saute on one side 1 1/2 - 2 min
- Turn shrimp, add chopped garlic, bacon, and chopped garlic. Continue cooking for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes
- Add 6 dashes of Tobasco sauce and juice of 1/2 lemon, stir
- Add sliced green onions
- Serve over grits or sauteed bok choy
