Steps:
- Place shrimp and onion in food processor with cutting blade, pulse until pastlike (approx. 1 min), remove and place in medium bowl. Add salt, pepper, egg and flour. spread thin layer of shrimp paste on bread triangles. Heat shortening in 2 qt saucepan, place four pieces in pan, brown on both sides quickly, drain onto brown paper bags or paper towels. Bake in a 350 oven for 10 mins. Serve with duck sauce. Can be frozen before baking.
