Shrimp Spaghetti image

Yield 6 servings, 1-1/3 cups each

3/4 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
2 cups grape tomatoes
1/3 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil, torn
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat large heavy skillet on high heat. Add tomatoes; cook 7 min. or until charred on all sides, stirring occasionally. Place in bowl; set aside. Heat dressing with garlic in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and crushed pepper; cook 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and basil; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Drain spaghetti; place on platter. Top with shrimp mixture and cheese.
