1 pkg Frozen puff pastry
10 boiled chopped shrimp
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 c sherded carrot
1/4 c shredded cucumber
2 green onions chopped
1/4 c olive oil
1 egg mixed with 1/4 c water.

Steps:

  • Thaw and cut pastry into squares. stir remaining except egg in bowl and add to center of squares. fold and crimp pastry with fork. punch two vents with knife. brush with egg and place in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes until brown.
