This is a very old family recipe handed down from my Mom. My family loves it. I serve it with a salad on the side.

Steps:
- 1. Saute onion,green pepper, and celery in hot fat until soft but not brown.
- 2. Add shrimp; stir and simmer 5 min.
- 3. Add mushroom soup,flour and seasonings; simmer about 10 min.
- 4. Remove from heat add parsley.
- 5. Line small muffin pan with pastry.
- 6. Fill with shrimp mixture and cover with top crust.
- 7. Make cuts in topfor steam to escape.
- 8. Bake in hot (400 degree) oven 20 to 30 minutes or until top crust is golden brown.
