Shrimp & Pasta Caprese image

An easy shrimp and capellini pasta skillet dish gets the caprese treatment, with juicy cherry tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese.

1/2 lb. capellini, uncooked
1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 lb. cooked cleaned large shrimp
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, cook 2 min. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 min. Add shrimp; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Top with cheese.
