Steps:
- 1. Place the rice noodles in a huge bowl of hot water, for about 10 mins.
- 2. in a wok, hot oil, scallions for a min, add the soften noodles
- 3. mix in the jar of Pad Thai sauce, add the sprouts..microwave 2 eggs scrambled about 2 mins, mix in, if you like add a bit of water, depending on your sauce taste.....stir in the shrimp, cover on low till shrimp turn pink, garnish with crushed peanuts
