SHRIMP MOLD image

Yield 1 quart

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 packet of gelatin
1/4 c of cold water
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 C tomato suop-undiluted
3/4 C finely chopped green onions
3/4 C finely chopped celery
2 Small cans of shrimp (med or small) drain and rinse in ice water.
1 C of mayo

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin in water. Heat soup add crem cheese, gelatin mixture and remaining ingedients. Heat slowly sn stir constantly so that it does not stick. Bring to a slow boil. Pour into an oiled mold and refrigerate overnight (minimum for 6 hours. May also be served hot.
