SHRIMP DIABLO REVISED image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups Water
3 tomatoes
1 med. red onion 1/4 chopped, 3/4 sliced
3 garlic, chopped
2 small cans chiptole
12 oz Ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
1/2 cup Pineapple

Steps:

  • Bring water to a boil, add tomatoes, 1/4 onion, garlic, turn heat down to simmer. Cook until tomatoes are soft. Let cool for 2 minutes, then add to a blender with chiptole, ketchup, salt and pineapple. Add oil to a sauce pan and saute sliced onions until soft. Add shrimp and garlic salt, cook for 2 minutes. Add sauce and serve.
