Steps:
- Roast the pepper, de-seed and cut into cubes and set aside. Melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add onion, celery, green and red pepper. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Set aside. Melt remaining butter in another saucepan and whisk in the flour. Add milk. Thicken. Add cream, salt, pepper, tabasco, wine and nutmeg. Add the shrimp/crab to the vegetable mixture and cook briefly. (Add the crab after shrimp has changed color) Add the cream sauce and stir to blend. Serve.
