Shrimp Bake image

This recipe came from a nurse friend of mine that I worked with at Monroe Surgical Hospital. Thank you Sheryl for a delicious dish!

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 c butter, melted
3/4 c lemon juice
3/4 c worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp louisiana hot sauce
3 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2 lb shrimp, unpeeled
2 lemons, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first nine ingredients. Set aside.
  • 2. Rinse shrimp with cold water and drain well.
  • 3. Layer shrimp, lemons, and onion in ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 4. Pour butter mixture over shrimp.
  • 5. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  • 6. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink. Baste occasionally with pan juices.
