400g plain flour
200g castor sugar
200g butter (i used flora)
2 eggs
400g plain flour
200g castor sugar
200g butter (i used flora)
2 eggs
lemon zezt
orange zezt
coconut milk

Steps:

  • rub the butter into the flour.
  • then mix in all other dry ingredients.
  • gradually beat in the egg.
  • roll out until 1/2 cm thick and then cut to your preferred shape.
  • put on a greased tray to bake in a pre heated oven at gas mark 5/180 degrees until golden brown.
  • place on a cooling rack to cool down.
  • if you want to decorate it.
