Steps:
- In a large pot, add vegetable oil and brown turkey. Add onion, garlic, and chilies and cook for 4 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients to pot. Bring to a boil, then turn to a simmer. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with either rice, noodles or corn bread.
