Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees, 325 for convection oven Whip butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in sugar, cornstartch, flour and beat on low for 1 minute then on high for 3-4 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, watch that the edges don't brown too much. Cool on wire racks
